Returns are not accepted although SOME exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. If a customer would like to discuss return/store credit options they have 3 days from receiving the product(s) to do so.

Care for most crochet/knit items: hand washing & laying flat to dry is always recommended however, washing the item on cold in a mesh lingerie bag & tumble dry low is acceptable unless otherwise noted in the listing.

Everything listed in my shop is handmade by myself in a smoke free home. I do own a cat but she is thankfully not entertained by any of my creations, even yarn :)
